Cumberland Street is a pretty residential street in the heart of the New Town and is less than a 10 minute walk from Princes Street. In the opposite direction, and even closer, is Stockbridge with its wonderful selection of boutique shops, traditional pubs and fantastic restaurants.
The accommodation comprises an open-plan living room and kitchen, double bedroom, single bedroom and bathroom.

The charming living room is furnished with 2 comfortable sofas (one of which is a sofa bed) surrounding the fireplace. There is a large flat-screen TV and DVD player and there is a large dining table. The stylish kitchen is well-equipped and includes an electric hob and oven, large fridge freezer and washer with combined dryer.
The double bedroom and single bedroom are located to the rear of the building and look out onto the picturesque rear garden. Access to this is via the lane at the back of the building.
The spacious bathroom provides has a wash hand basin, WC and bath with electric shower over.
