The bright Living Room/Bedroom has a retractable "Scandinavian style" double bed which is contained within a custom build unit providing ample storage. There is a comfortable sitting area with the furniture well arranged for dual use. This room looks out to the quiet rear of the building and down to the river. For your entertainment there is a flat screen TV.
The large Kitchen provides all modern conveniences including gas hob, oven, dishwasher and washing machine with combined dryer. There is a table with seating for two people.
The Bathroom has a bath with shower over and the toilet is housed in a separate "water closet".
