The flat is located on the second floor (no elevator) of this purpose built apartment block in the Marchmont/Grange area of the city. The location is quiet and peaceful yet one is just a 30 second walk from the local shops and restaurants in Marchmont.
A 10 minute walk from the flat is the large public park "The Meadows" where you can play a round of "pitch and putt" on the 36 hole course (clubs are available for hire at the Golf Tavern pub across from the 1st tee).
The Old Town and the National Museum of Scotland are both a walkable distance away through the Meadows with the Castle beyond.
Accommodation
The bright sitting room has large patio doors which lead out onto a balcony, overlooking gardens and the Pentland Hills in the distance. It is furnished with comfortable sofas, one of which converts into a bed. There is a flat screen TV and DVD player.
The two double bedrooms have large fitted wardrobes and the third bedroom has a single bed and an additional single sofa bed.
The spacious kitchen/dining room was recently refurbished and includes a dishwasher and washing machine/tumble dryer.
The bathroom has a wash hand basin, WC and bath with electric shower over.
WiFi internet access is available and parking is provided on site.
