This apartment is laid out over the top 2 floors of a traditional Georgian building in the very centre of Edinburgh's New Town. It provides excellent accommodation for up to 4 people in the double and twin bedrooms.
Accommodation
The living room is located on the upper floor via a spiral staircase. The extra climb is well worth it as you are confronted by floor to ceiling patio-style doors framing the superb view of the Castle. The sliding doors lead you out onto the roof-terrace which has a table and chairs so one can enjoy the view while eating al-fresco. On colder days there is the nice feature of a real wood burning fire.
The double bedroom has a king-size double bed, built-in wardobes and plenty of drawers. The twin bedroom has beds that can be joined together to form a king-size double.
The kitchen is fully fitted with all the appliances one would expect including gas hob, electric oven, washing machine and dishwasher.
The luxury bathroom has a good sized bath tub with electric-shower over. The room is fully tiled and has the benefit of under-floor heating.
Please note there are 3 flights of stairs up to the flat therefore this might be unsuitable for some people.
