The flat is on the third floor (up a spiral staircase) of an historic building, but once in the flat you have fine views of the Grassmarket and the Castle climbing high above the roof-tops. The accommodation comprises 2 double bedrooms, living room, dining kitchen and shower room.

The spacious living room has two windows overlooking the Grassmarket. It is furnished with twin sofas, one of which is a double sofa bed, dining table and TV with multiple cable channels.

The larger double bedroom also has views out onto the Square below and includes a feature fireplace and wardrobes. The second double bedroom faces the quiet rear of the building.
