The flat is at lower-ground level and is accessed down a flight of stone steps behind iron railings and has its own private front door. There is a small patio area outside the front, which catches the evening sun in the summer.
Accommodation
The lovely bright living room contains a comfortable sofa and 2 armchairs and benefits from cable television. There is a dining table beneath the window, which overlooks the walled garden with lawn and variety of flowering plants. There is a futon-armchair that can be converted into a single futon bed providing accommodation for up to 5 people.
The double bedroom contains a double bed with metal bedstead, bedside table and lights, hanging cupboard and chest of drawers. At the other end of the room there is space for a further futon or desk. The window overlooks the patio to the front of the property. The large twin bedroom has 2 single beds, bedside tables and chest of drawers.
The kitchen is well equipped providing a 4 ring gas hob, electric oven, fridge, microwave oven, toaster and a host of cooking utensils and crockery. There is a separate utility room, which contains a washing machine and freezer and is a useful space for storeing suitcases.
The generously proportioned bathroom has mosaic tiled walls and the floors tiled with slate. The taps and shower rose are antique style with a large rose showerhead for a satisfyingly wet shower.
